Recipe Ingredients for mushroom soup

3 oz Baby Bella
1 cup Bok Choy
1/2 cup slices(92 g) Okra
6 clove Garlic
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for mushroom soup

bring to boil garlic and peppers with salt and cayenne pepper in a small sauce pan. Add chopped up mushroom and bok choy. Blend all ingredients together.
