Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup

450 grams Mushrooms
50 grams Spread
40 grams Flour
21 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the flour and stir well to coat mushrooms.

  3. Add the vegetable stock and milk, stir, bring to boil slowly.

  4. Reduce heat, cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Puree in a blender or use hand blender.

  6. Season to taste.
