Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup

4 cups 2% milk
16 oz sliced baby portobella mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 onion
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup

  1. slice mushrooms

  2. heat oil in bottom of pot

  3. add mushrooms, garlic, and onion

  4. cook until tender

  5. add milk and simmer 15-20 minutes - do not let the milk burn

  6. use a stick blender to puree

  7. enjoy
