Easy to make mushroom soup using olive oil to fry. Tastes deliciously creamy.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup

1 tbsp olive oil
350 g mushrooms
1 large carrot
1 medium onion
1 stock cube
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup

  1. Finely chop everything

  2. Heat olive oil in saucepan

  3. Add onion and fry till transparent

  4. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute

  5. Add carrots and mushrooms

  6. Add stock to cover

  7. Cook for 20 minute

  8. Turn off heat and let cool for a few minutes before liquidising with a stick liquidiser.
