Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup (Low-Cals) Recipe

75 grams Milk, nonfat, fluid, without added vitamin A
1 serving (Becel) Margarine Original
40 grams Onions
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 serving Mushrooms, white, raw, frozen
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup (Low-Cals) Recipe

  1. 1) Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and mushrooms and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.

  2. 2) Add 3 cups of hot water, mix well and simmer till the mushrooms get cooked. Keep aside to cool.

  3. 3) Blend in a mixer till smooth and transfer to the same pan.

  4. 4) Add the pepper and milk, mix well and bring to boil. Serve hot.
