Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup - Homemade

2 tbsp olive oil
226 g onion
346 g mushrooms
3 stalks celery
2 cups Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
1 cup Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
1/2 c skim milk powder
1 tbsp dill

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup - Homemade

  1. cook onions until golden

  2. Add mushrooms and celery and cook until reduced and browned a bit (about 15 minutes).

  3. Add chicken stock and dill.

  4. Cook 15 minutes with the lid on.

  5. Add yogurt and skim milk powder and heat through - do not boil.
