Recipe Ingredients for mushroom saute

1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup bell peppers
1 cup arugula
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for mushroom saute

  1. melt butter in olive oil over medium heat

  2. add bell peppers, mushrooms, sliced cherry tomatoes, and arugala. Add salt, cover and saute for 4 minutes.
