2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
8 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Mushroom "Rissotto"

chop garlic and rosemary together, add to sliced mushrooms and saute until soft. Add raw rice, 4c water and cook 50 minutes.
