Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Risotto

2 tsp butter
1/2 cup arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
175 grams mushrooms
2 cups stock

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Risotto

  1. Melt butter on medium high heat

  2. Lightly fry onions and garlic.

  3. Add mushrooms, fry for a few minutes

  4. Add rice, lightly fry until evenly coated in butter.

  5. Pour over wine, cook until absorbed.

  6. Turn down to low - medium heat...

  7. Add stock as needed until cooked..

  8. Serve
