Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom risotto

5 mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
3 cloves garlic
5 tsp olive oil
2 tsp canola oil
1.33 cup Short-grain rice
2 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cups white wine
3 oz provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom risotto

  1. Sautee vegetables in oil

  2. Add raw rice and sautee for another minute

  3. Add liquids (wine and broth) 1/2 at a time while stirring until all the liquid is absorbed

  4. Add cheese and stir
