Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom risotto

1 medium Onions
2 tbsp butter, no salt
1 cup orzo
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1/2 Bouillon Cubes
1.5 cup peas
16 cherry tomatoes
3 oz Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom risotto

  1. Onions, mushrooms and spices in half of the butter

  2. Add rice to brown

  3. Slowly add broth from bouillon and desired spices; stir for at least 15 minutes until creamy

  4. Stir in cheese to melt, and peas

  5. Top with quartered cherry tomatoes
