Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Risotto from Olga's Healthy Choice

1 cup risotto rice
2 cup mushroom
1 cup onion
1 cup Leeks
1/2 cup red bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
400 g water
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Risotto from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Clean and slice onions, mushrooms, pepper.

  2. In a pan, slightly fry onions then add rice and then add hot water slowly while stirring. This will take about 20 -25 minutes on a medium heat. After cooking 10-12 minutes, add peppers, and mushrooms. Continue to stir and add water, till rice gets sticky and cooked.

  3. You can decorate with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
