Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom, rice and sausage casserole

150 grams turkey sausage
284 ml canned mushrooms
2/3 cup brown rice, uncooked
2/3 cup white rice, uncooked
284 ml condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 2/3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Mushroom, rice and sausage casserole

Slice turkey sausage and place in the bottom of a small casserole dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms and then rice. Combine mushroom soup and water and pour over rice. Bake 350F for approx 1 hour.
