Recipe Ingredients for mushroom rice

2 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup button mushrooms
1/4 cup portabello mushrooms
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon truffle oil

Recipe Directions for mushroom rice

  1. rinse the rice in water and drain

  2. add 3.5 cups of water and onion flakes

  3. turn stove heat on high and bring to boil

  4. once boiling turn heat to min and place lid on pot

  5. fry chopped mushrooms in butter

  6. add milk and mushrooms to pot together

  7. place lid back on pot and let steam for 10 minutes
