Rice with onions, mushrooms and capsicum

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Rice

100 g rice
110 g mushrooms
1 large onion
2 tbsp capsicum
10 tbsp chicken broth (1/2 cube)

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Rice

  1. Cook rice

  2. Start healthy saute of onions. (use 2/3 of broth, as needed)

  3. After 5 minutes add mushrooms.

  4. Cook a further 3 minutes.

  5. Add capsicum and cook further minute and cover for a few minutes.

  6. Add rice and remaining broth and heat on medium-low for a few minutes.
