Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Rice Pilaf

1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1/4 cup green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tsp butter
8 ounce mushroom
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Rice Pilaf

  1. In a sauce pan, saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender

  2. Add mushroom; heat though

  3. Stir in water, rice, bouillon, parsley, salt and pepper

  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat

  5. Cover and simmer for 14-16 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
