Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Quinoa

2.5 cup Quinoa
2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Butter
5 serving Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Quinoa

  1. Pour chicken broth into pot, mix in quinoa. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Salt and pepper to taste (add other spices if you like).

  3. Toast walnuts, Mix quinoa into mushrooms and onions, top with walnuts.
