Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Pizza

8 oz Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
7 grams Yeast
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 serving (Morrisons) Chopped Tomatoes
5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
5 tsp Salt, Table
5 dash Pepper, Black
5 tsp Oregano, Ground
5 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
5 small Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Pizza

  1. Boil the tomatoes in a pan. Add sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and oil and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Leave to cool.

  2. Meanwhile, make the dough. Put the flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oil and yeast in a bowl. Add about a quarter of a pint of warm (NOT BOILING) water. Knead to make dough.

  3. Roll out the dough. Spread the tomato topping over the pizza and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 -20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
