1/2 cup cooked brown rice
4 ounces roast beef, cubed

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 grams avocado, diced
