Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Pea Masala

7 oz portabella mushrooms
14 oz green peas
1 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 3/4 cup onion
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/3 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Pea Masala

  1. Grate onion and tomato.

  2. Heat oil and add onions, fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry for about 5 min more. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 to 2 min. Stir in spices cook until fragrant

  3. Add mushrooms peas and water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min
