4 cups tomatos 8 cups sliced mushrooms 16 oz thin spaghetti 2.2 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 cups chopped broccoli 2 tbs olive oil 1 tbs butter 1 tbs parsley 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Pasta

4 cups tomatos
8 cups sliced mushrooms
16 oz thin spaghetti
2 1/5 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
1 tbs parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Pasta

  1. In 2 quart sauce pan melt butter with olive oil

  2. slice mushrooms and add until all liquid has been extracted

  3. on med low heat covered. Meanwhile cook

  4. pasta per package directions. Add broccoli and tomatoes

  5. to mushrooms. Simmer an additional 10 min. Chop up

  6. cheese into small pcs and add to sauce pan cook until

  7. melted. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Drain pasta

  8. and toss with mushroom mixture. Serve immediately.
