I put this on top of fish fillets before baking them - makes me like fish and I don't even like fish.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Onion Topping for Baked Fish

8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 c onion, sliced
2 tsp garlic, minced
4 medium+slices,+cooked+raw+product+packed+20/lb bacon
1/4 c white wine

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Onion Topping for Baked Fish

  1. Saute mushrooms, onions & garlic

  2. Add bacon and wine

  3. Simmer until wine is mostly reduced

  4. Place on top of fish fillet before baking in foil pouch
