Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Omelet

1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp onions, chopped
1/2 roma tomato
1 1/2 ounce reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Omelet

  1. In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook vegetables until tender in pan with cooking spray.

  3. Add eggs and cook until set on bottom. Sprinkle cheese on top and fold. Then cook until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
