Mushrooms with onions & pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Omelet

2 egg whites
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 ounce Havarti cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Omelet

Saute veggies. Mix egg whites well with dill weed, salt & pepper. Add egg whites to sauteed veggies in omelet pan, sprinkle cheese, and cook until done. About 3 minutes.
