2 tbsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.5 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
5 slices Shiitake Mushrooms, Dried Sliced
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 grams Ground Cumin
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for mushroom oat soup

  1. heat the pan

  2. pour the olive oil.

  3. put in the mushrooms. stir.

  4. add in the cumin, pepper and salt.

  5. pour the soy milk and add the oat.

  6. pour the rest off the water

  7. leave to boil and leave to thickened. serve.
