2 tbsp Best Blend
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium Tomatoes
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for mushroom masala

  1. saute onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatos in 1 tbsp oil.

  2. when tender add red chilli powder, turmeric powder fry well.

  3. add mushrooms. cover and cook
