Make sure you use Marsala wine. Use a variety of mushrooms, half white and half shitake, oyster and/or cremini. You may use chicken or vegetable broth

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Marsala

16 ounces mushrooms
1/8 cup wondra flour
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup wine
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Marsala

  1. Saute mushrooms with margarine. Add wine & chicken broth. Bring to boil. THen add wondra flour a little at a time until sauce is thickened.

  2. Serve over egg noodles.
