Mushrooms and onions sauteed in olive oil and marsala wine

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom, Marsala

16 oz mushroom, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Marsala wine

Recipe Directions for Mushroom, Marsala

In as large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the mushroom and onions. Saute until the onions are transluent. Cook on low for another 2 minutes. Add the marsala wine and continue cooking on low heat until the wine is absorbed into the vegetables.
