Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew

2 quarts chicken stock
2 cups sliced fresh button mushrooms
8 ounces sliced fresh shitake mushrooms
3/4 cup uncooked pearl barley
3/4 cup dry lentils
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp dried summer savory
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew

Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add all intredients to slow cooker. Cover, and cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low.
