1 cup, pieces or slices(70 g) Mushrooms
4 cup Vegetable Broth
0.5 oz Dried Mushroom Medley
75 grams Pearled Barley
75 grams Organics Green Lentils Dry
2 clove Garlic
1 dash Salt, Table
2 tsp Oregano, Ground
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew

  1. In a slow cooker, mix the broth, button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, barley, lentils, onion flakes, garlic, savory, bay leaves, basil, pepper, and salt.

  2. Cover, and cook 4 to 6 hours on High or 10 to 12 hours on Low. Remove bay leaves before serving.
