16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
85 1/10 grams Vinegar Balsamic
4 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for mushroom leek toss

boil pasta in heavily salted water, drain and set aside. in same pot soften diced leeks and sliced mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter to toss with pasta. in same pan, brown ground beef and toss on top of pasta with veges add balsamic vinegar to taste
