Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Leek Soup

4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Carrots
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small Onions
150 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
8 oz Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
1 tsp Chicken Base

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Leek Soup

Lightly steam all veggies and then blend in Vita-Mix with organic chicken broth and 21 Seasoning Salute or Ms. Dash.
