Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Leek Gyoza

1/4 leek
4 mushrooms
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Leek Gyoza

  1. Sautee leek and mushroom in water

  2. Mash up tofu.

  3. Add tofu to veg and stir

  4. Add sugar to soy

  5. Add soy mixture and ginger to veg and stir.

  6. When cooked. Place 4 gyoza wrappers on clean surface put 1/2 to 1 tsp of mixture in centre. Dab water around edges of wrappers and then turn up and twist.

  7. Steam for about 5 mins. Serve with sweet cucumber and soy sauce.
