Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Kale Stroganoff

1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp Select Vegetable Flavor Base
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
1 lb mushrooms, rinsed and quartered
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp miso
1 tbsp tahini
2 serving Bragg Liquid Aminos (1 serving = 1/2 tsp)
2 cups kale leaves

  3. Prep time 5 minutes Cooking time 8 minutes

  4. Ingredients:

  5. 1 1/2 cups water

  6. 1 tsp vegetable broth base

  7. 1 cup couscous

  8. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  9. 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced

  10. 1lb mushrooms, rinsed and quartered

  11. 1 clove garlic, minced

  12. 2 tsp miso?>great fermented food to add to your diet!!!

  13. 1 Tbsp tahini

  14. 1 tsp Bragg Amino Acids

  15. 5 kale leaves, stems removed and thinly sliced?>definitely start adding this super star to your diet!

  16. Directions:

  17. In a small saucepan heat water to a boil. Stir in broth base until dissolved. Add in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Allow couscous to absorb liquid while you prepare the ?stroganoff.?

  18. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Add tahini, miso, and Bragg and stir gently. Stir in kale, cover, and remove from heat.

  19. Place couscous in the base of your serving bowl, spoon mushroom stroganoff over the top & enjoy!
