Fritatta with mushroom, green onions & spice

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Green Onion Fritatta

3 whole eggs, extra large
12 egg whites, extra large
8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
1/2 cup green onions
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Green Onion Fritatta

  1. Place 9" skillet in oven and preheat to 375F

  2. Beat together all ingredients after sautee-ing mushrooms.

  3. Once oven is preheated remove skillet, and place on oven top - spray thoroughly with cooking spray before pouring in egg mixture. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes before placing back in oven.

  4. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until knife tests clean.
