Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Gravy

3 3 CUPS vegetable broth
13 oz Mushrooms, Portabella
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp pepper
4 g Corn Starch
1 1/2 cups onion
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Gravy

In a pan boil onion in the stock for about 5 minutes add the mushrooms and cook until done (about another 5 minutes) add the sage, soy sauce or braggs, and pepper, blend the corn starch in about 1/4 cup of water and add that to the gravy mix. Bring back to boil. Using a hand blender or regular blender puree the mushrooms until desired consistency. I like to leave some mushroom bits. Season to taste.
