Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom gravy

10 ounces Portobello Mushrooms
2/3 cup red onion
1 clove garlic
10 ounces vegetable broth
2 cups water
2 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 cup red wine
1 tbsp miso

Recipe Directions for Mushroom gravy

Saute onion in broth until translucent. add mushrooms and garlic and saute with more broth until done, deglazing the pan with wine. Add one cup water. Add flour and miso to the other cup of water, and add to pan. simmer until thick.
