A great alternative to regular gravy.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Gravy

284 ml cream of mushroom soup
284 ml milk 1%
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Gravy

  1. Melt butter and fry mushroom slices on high heat until they brown.

  2. Turn heat to low and mix in remaining ingredients. Let it simmer about 30 minutes uncovered, stirring ocassionally. It will thicken and reduce.

  3. Serve immediately.
