Home made mushroom gravy, lots of mushrooms and flavour

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Gravy

10 medium mushrooms, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp bouillion, dry
2 tbsp becel
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Gravy

  1. Melt the margarine.

  2. Saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms in margarine until soft

  3. Mix the bouillon in water, along with cornstarch

  4. Pour into mushroom mixture, stirring while gravy thickens
