Ate this when I was 14 yrs old at a restaurant. I love mushrooms and this is a simple and quick way to cook them. You can use more garlic if you like it, like I do, or less if you're not a big fan of it. Taste great too!

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Garlic Saute

200 g button mushrooms, whole
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Garlic Saute

  1. Heat oil in a skillet on low heat.

  2. Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes or until the garlic is slightly brown.

  3. Add mushrooms and saute until parts of the mushroom are golden brown.
