Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and garlic potatoes

1/2 cup potatoes
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheese
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and garlic potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes (4 x Baby potatoes with skin left on)

  2. Fry mushrooms in olive oil (2 x Large field mushrooms)

  3. Ground 1 clove garlic

  4. Mix with 1 tbsp of butter

  5. Chop potatoes up to desirered size

  6. Place potatoes in pan with mushrooms, add garlic butter, and add some grated chedder cheese and fry together at low heat untill cheese and butter have melted fully.
