Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Garlic Gnocchi

5 oz Potato Gnocchi
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cloves, raw Garlic
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.5 serving Lite Mixture Salt

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Garlic Gnocchi

  1. boil gnocchi til float to top, drain immediately.

  2. saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.

  3. Add gnocchi and saute a minute more.

  4. Serve with parmesan and salt.
