Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Frittata

1 egg
3 egg whites (egg beaters)
1 tbsp of milk
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup onion
15 g shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Frittata

  1. Saute mushrooms, onions, & peppers in a frying pan with 1 Tbsp of water.

  2. stir egg & whites & milk and add to pan

  3. cook on stovetop until sides start to set

  4. place under broiler until cooked

  5. add cheese until melted
