Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Fratine

8 eggs
4 oz Parmesan cheese
6 oz zucchini
6 oz mushrooms
1 t butter

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Fratine

  1. Whip eggs, add cheese and mix well

  2. Add salt, pepper and sumac to taste

  3. Lay layers of cooked veggies in between layers of egg and cheese

  4. Pour into well buttered glass loaf pan

  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350

  6. Turn out to slice and serve
