Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom feta Fritatta one yolk

1 cup raw(35 g) Mushrooms
8 fl. oz (Natureegg) Simply Egg Whites
1 serving Margarine, Olivina
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 serving jersey farms yogurt 0% (2/3 cup)

Recipe Directions for Mushroom feta Fritatta one yolk

  1. Sautee vegies in iron skillet ( no plastic) Mix egg whites, egg, yogurt and add to pan.

  2. Let cook until set, lifting to let liquid drain to bottom.

  3. Sprinkle 40 g feta on top.

  4. Place under broiler until light brown
