Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Eggs

2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
4 mushrooms
1 oz red onion
1 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Eggs

  1. Scramble eggs, egg whites and water.

  2. Spritz pan with olive oil.

  3. Cook mushrooms and onions in pan over med heat.

  4. Add eggs to pan.

  5. Add grated cheese once eggs are firmed up.
