Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Cups with Bean and Cheese Filling

48 g wrappers (6 wonton wrappers)
1 cup black beans
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 small mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Cups with Bean and Cheese Filling

  1. Steam mushrooms for 4-6 minutes and squeeze off any moisture.

  2. Place the six wonton wrappers into a lightly greased muffin tin and bake at 350 F for 4-8 minutes.

  3. Mix the cheese and beans together. Place mixture into the "cups" (baked wonton wrappers) and top with a mushroom.
