Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Croustade

1/2 c mushrooms
2 tbs Feta Cheese
1 Grinder Roll
2 tbs Ketchup
2 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Worchestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Croustade

  1. Sautee mushrooms in 1 - 2 tsp. butter or canola oil

  2. Add Ketchup, Lemon Juice, and Worchestershire sauce.

  3. Cook down until most of liquid evaporates.

  4. Pile mushrooms on toasted roll and sprinkle with Feta.
