Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Chick'n

2 serving Gardein Chick'n Filets
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1.5 cup sliced Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
8 grams Organic Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Chick'n

  1. Saute minced garlic, thinly sliced green onions and herbs in olive oil until wilted. Add mushrooms and vegetable broth. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are cooked, about 4 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, cook chick'n filets for 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly browned and heated through. Top with sauted mushrooms and enjoy!
