3 oz Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
2 oz White onion, diced
3 oz Fat free cheddar cheese
8 oz Egg Whites
1 tbsp Oregano,chopped
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Cheese Omelet

  1. Dice, slice and otherwise prep ingredients

  2. whip egg whites with low fat milk

  3. Saute ingredients (other than egg whites & cheese) until soft

  4. add whites

  5. cook over med high heat until mostly done

  6. add cheese and cover

  7. cook for 2 minutes
